Daniit is leading the way in developing a control concept for ATC (Aqua Treatment Control) water treatment. This solution is based on 15 years of experience and the latest technologies.
Daniit’s standard ATC solution gives you plenty of help along the way to controlling your production. If you require unique functions for your specific needs to be met, the ATC solution is flexible enough to be easily implemented.
WATER TREATMENT
The API (Average Performance Index) is an indication of how long a function has been running in relation to its overall capacity over one hour and one day. In many cases, it will be possible to use fluctuations of this value as an ‘early warning’ that a pump needs servicing, a filter needs cleaning, a sensor needs wiping, or similar.
An interface with other machines and system suppliers enables the central system to receive relevant operating information from other control suppliers, as well as fieldbus communication with advanced sensor and operating equipment.
The installation is supplied with English as standard, but it can be expanded to include a local language.
SCADA
Daniit’s SCADA is built on the latest ISA 101 standard, where a ‘level’ split user interface always ensures an optimal overview and fast intuitive navigation. The SCADA solution’s design is based on feedback from interviews with users, and collaboration with experts in the area. Daniit’s standard SCADA solution gives you plenty of help along the way to controlling your production. If you require unique functions for your specific needs to be met, Daniit’s SCADA solution is flexible and can easily be implemented.
